The Aiken Concert Band is a non-profit organization created to promote musical entertainment and enjoyment to the citizens of Aiken and the Central Savannah River Area. The band has been in existence for 41 years, and is presently composed of over 70 talented musicians from the Aiken area. The band is under the leadership of Music Director and Conductor Mr. Todd Jenkins.
As an organization, we depend on support from our community. The contributions, made to the Aiken Concert Band, underwrite our continuing effort to bring new and diverse music to our community and allow us to support future musicians through scholarships with USC Aiken. As contributors, you believe as we do, that music is an important part of our lives, and have committed to supporting our great organization. Together, we will provide a legacy in the musical arts for future generations.
